識別報讀音樂的演藝人才

For students with musical talents, the School of Music has the ideal learning environment with all-round training in performing arts and equips them with the capability for entrepreneurship and the attributes of cultural leaders to become the new generation of performing artists.  The programme further requires students to perform and exhibit their work every week in form of a variety of solo or ensemble or choral performances and even multimedia projects produced with students from other Schools.

 

The School welcome students who are devoted, discipline and passionate for music performance and composition to apply for one of the two majors in the undergraduate programme.

 

Please see the information about the trainings and abilities that the applicants should possess. In addition, the learning experience from secondary schools, extra-curricular trainings and other relevant experiences that our successful applicants obtained prior to their admission is also provided for reference. 

  

音樂學院擁有理想的學習環境,為學員提供全面的演藝訓練,同時裝備學員具備創業能力及文化領袖特質,培育具有音樂天份的學員,成為二十一世紀的新一代表演藝術家。課程亦要求學員每周表演和展出作品,包括各類獨奏、合奏或合唱演出,或與其他學院的學員合作多媒體項目。

 

學院的學士課程兩個主修,歡迎對音樂表演及創作有抱負、有紀律及熱情的同學申請。

 

具備以下條件及訓練的同學可考慮被推薦。我們也提供了過去成功獲錄取同學的校內學習經歷、校外訓練及其他相關經驗,以供參考。

Who should be recommended?

  • Be devoted, disciplined and passionate for music performance

Relevant learning experiences and trainings

Learning experiences/ interest groups in secondary school

  • DSE Elective – Music

  • Music Club

  • Choir/ Orchestra/ ensembles

 

Extra-curricular trainings/ performance experiences and Certificate/ qualifications attained

  • Western or Chinese music instruments (e.g. obtaining ABRSM’s Instrument Gr 8/ Instrument Performance Diploma - ARSM; Trinity’s Performance Diploma - ATCL/ LTCL; or equivalent qualification)

  • Music theory including knowledge in sight singing and rhythm (e.g. obtaining ABRSM Theory Gr. 5/ 8; DSE Elective Music; or equivalent qualification)

  • Solo performance or performance in chamber, orchestra, symphony orchestra, band and other ensembles

  • Music conducting

  • Vocal music or singing
